<p>Simply said, <strong>you&#8217;re going to LOVE this tutorial</strong>. These exercises consist of flat and incline press along with flat and incline fly variants.</p>
<p>Also, he&#8217;ll show you how he uses dips to shape and tighten your lower pectoral muscles. Finally, at the end of the workout, Greg shows you his method of doing &#8220;burnouts&#8221; to completely exhaust the chest and <strong>stimulate muscle gain</strong> as quickly as possible.
