Greg Plitt KNOWS his stuff! This video will take you through his own chest exercise routine. It’s the simple yet effective workout that’s given him great results over the years. If you follow these guidelines, your results will head in the same direction.

Simply said, you’re going to LOVE this tutorial. These exercises consist of flat and incline press along with flat and incline fly variants.

Also, he’ll show you how he uses dips to shape and tighten your lower pectoral muscles. Finally, at the end of the workout, Greg shows you his method of doing “burnouts” to completely exhaust the chest and stimulate muscle gain as quickly as possible. Enjoy!

Just wanted to know whether these exercises will actually help reduce the fat in the chest region (i.e. the man boobs) or will simply increase the size of the chest muscles,thus making the boobs look bigger?

Seriously dude, if you got man boobs try do more cardio first and always remember no matter how hard you work out, if you don’t eat healthy you won’t see results. Period
